Doula & Birth Support
Welcoming a baby into the world is a deeply personal, life-changing experience. As your doula, I’m here to walk alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal weeks — offering calm, continuous, and compassionate support. My role is not to tell you how to give birth, but to ensure you feel confident in your own decisions and fully supported in your journey.
I work with families across South London in homes, hospitals, and birth centres. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, growing your family, or expecting twins or more, my care is tailored to your needs and grounded in both personal insight and professional experience.
-

Continuity of Care
From our first meeting to the moment your baby arrives, you’ll have a familiar, trusted presence by your side.
-

Calm, Practical Support
I provide reassurance, information, and hands-on comfort measures to help you navigate each stage of labour with confidence.
-

Informed Choices
You’ll have access to evidence-based information so you can make decisions that align with your values and preferences.
-

Emotional Reassurance
Birth can be intense — I’m there to listen, encourage, and hold space for your emotions every step of the way.
How we’ll work together.
We’ll start with a no-obligation video consultation. This is a chance to talk through your hopes, questions, and any concerns you have, and for us to see if we’re the right fit for one another.
Once you’ve booked, we’ll meet for dedicated antenatal sessions to explore your birth preferences, discuss comfort measures, and prepare you (and your birth partner) for the practicalities of labour and the early postnatal days.
When your labour begins, I’ll join you — whether at home, in a birth centre, or hospital — and remain by your side until after your baby is born and you’re settled. I’ll provide ongoing emotional and practical support, ensuring you feel safe, respected, and cared for throughout. Finally, I will join you for a post natal visit at home to give you some extra TLC.
Immediate Post-Natal Support
My work doesn’t end once your baby is born. The early postnatal days can be joyful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once, and having someone there who understands can make a world of difference.
As a postnatal doula, I make two post-natal visits in the first 3-5 after you bring baby home from the hospital. I can provide practical help — from supporting with feeding to preparing meals and tidying your space — as well as emotional reassurance as you navigate your new role.
I can care for your baby while you rest, offer guidance on soothing and settling, and simply be a steady presence in your home. This is a time for recovery, bonding, and adjusting as a family, and my aim is to ensure you feel cared for, confident, and never alone in the process.
I can continue support in your home for the first few weeks or months of baby’s life, learn more on my Post-Natal Support page.
Ready to talk?
Choosing a doula is a personal decision, and the best place to start is with a conversation. I offer a free, no-obligation call so we can discuss your needs, answer your questions, and explore how I can support you and your family.
