Doula & Birth Support

3500NIS (singleton) | 3800NIS (twins)

Welcoming a baby into the world is a deeply personal, life-changing experience. As your doula, I’m here to walk alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal weeks — offering calm, continuous, and compassionate support. My role is not to tell you how to give birth, but to ensure you feel confident in your own decisions and fully supported in your journey.

I work with women across Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, growing your family, or expecting twins or more, my care is tailored to your needs and grounded in both personal insight and professional experience.

  • Continuity of Care

From our first meeting to the moment your baby arrives, you’ll have a familiar, trusted presence by your side.

  • Calm, Practical Support

I provide reassurance, information, and hands-on comfort measures to help you navigate each stage of labour with confidence.

  • Informed Choices

You’ll have access to evidence-based information so you can make decisions that align with your values and preferences.

  • Emotional Reassurance

Birth can be intense — I’m there to listen, encourage, and hold space for your emotions every step of the way.

How does a doula help during pregnancy and childbirth?

During our 2 pre-birth meetings, I aim to gain a clear picture of your birth preferences. I help to advise you on properly preparing for your birth experience, including both expected and unexpected outcomes. From two weeks before your due date to two weeks after, I am on-call 24/7 for your birth.

I will be with you from the moment you need me until you are settled in the postnatal ward, advocating for your preferences throughout your labour and delivery. My role is to support you through it all, with kindness, care, and respect. Once you are home and settled, we meet one last time for a post-natal visit.

How We Will Work Together

Our journey begins with a relaxed consultation where we get to know each other, explore your hopes for birth, and see if we’re the right fit. Once you feel confident in your choosing, we secure your booking and I send over the contract.
— Consultation & Booking
During our prenatal sessions, we first meet one on one and look deeply into your birth preferences, comfort measures, and any questions or concerns you may have.
Our second meet includes anyone on your birth support team. They need to be on your page to support you in the way you need. They also need to meet me, and feel reassured too! These meetings help you feel informed, grounded, and fully supported as you prepare for your baby’s arrival.
— Pre-Natal Meetings
From 37-42 weeks, I am on call for you day and night. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing that I’m ready whenever you need me, whether it’s for reassurance, early-labour guidance, or heading straight to your birth. (I always have a back-up on hand should there be unlikely situtation of an emergency or birth clash)
— On-Call Period
When labour begins, I join you to provide steady emotional support, physical comfort techniques, and a calm, encouraging presence. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered as you bring your baby into the world.
— Birth
After your birth, I visit you at home to check in, process your birth experience together, and offer gentle postpartum support. This visit is all about nurturing you as you settle into life with your new baby.
— Post-Partum Visit

Immediate Post-Partum Support

My work doesn’t end once your baby is born. The early postnatal days can be joyful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once, and having someone there who understands can make a world of difference.

My Doula Service includes one post-partum visit within your baby’s first week at home. However, I can also provide further practical help such as supporting with feeding and preparing meals as well as emotional reassurance as you navigate your new role. I can care for your baby while you rest, offer guidance on soothing and settling, and simply be a steady presence in your home.

This is a time for recovery, bonding, and adjusting as a family, and my aim is to ensure you feel cared for, confident, and never alone in the process.

If you wish, I can continue support in your home for the first few weeks or months of baby’s life, learn more on my Post-Natal Support page.
