Hi, I’m Leat Millunchick.
A doula and childbirth educator with over ten years of experience and a mother of five – including a set of twins. I am based just outside Jerusalem, and support families in the surrounding areas and hospitals, wherever you choose to give birth.
Doula Services
My approach is rooted in the idea of mothering the mother. I’m here to care for you. To make sure you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make choices that are right for you and your baby. I bring evidence-based knowledge, yes—but just as importantly, I bring warmth, intuition, and emotional presence.
Childbirth Education
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, preparing for birth is one of the most empowering things you can do. I offer warm, down-to-earth prenatal classes that are tailored to meet you where you’re at, emotionally, and physically.

Knowledge is power. My private or group classes prepare you and your partner for what to expect during labor, delivery, and beyond. We’ll cover everything from the stages of labor to pain management, newborn care, and postpartum planning.

Your support doesn't end at birth. I offer in-home or virtual visits to help you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to your new role. From feeding guidance to emotional wellness to sibling introductions, I’m here to walk beside you.

Welcoming twins is a beautiful and unique experience — one that comes with its own joys, challenges, and questions. As a twin specialist doula, and been-there-done-that twin mum(!), I’m here to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months with calm confidence and compassionate care. Together, we’ll create a path that supports both you and your babies every step of the way.
