Post-Natal Support
The early days and weeks after bringing your baby home can be some of the most beautiful — and the most challenging — moments of your life.
While you’re adjusting physically, emotionally, and as a family, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. My postnatal in-home support is designed to give you the help, reassurance, and space you need to recover, bond, and settle into life with your new baby.
I work with families across South London, offering gentle, practical care tailored to your needs. Whether you’re learning the ropes as a first-time parent, juggling the demands of a toddler alongside a newborn, or welcoming twins or multiples, I bring experience, empathy, and calm to your home.
-

Confident Feeding
Whether you choose to breastfeed, bottle-feed, or a combination of both, I can guide you through the early days, helping you feel comfortable, informed, and supported in your choices.
-

Rest and Recovery
I can care for your baby while you rest, shower, or take a break, giving you time to recharge so you can be present and engaged when you want to be.
-

Partner Support
I offer guidance to partners and fathers on how they can be actively involved in care, bonding, and supporting the birthing parent’s recovery.
How Post-Natal Support Works
We begin with a conversation — in person or online — to discuss your priorities, your baby’s needs, and the areas where you’d like extra help.
Once we’ve agreed on a plan, I’ll visit your home at times that work for you. My role adapts from moment to moment — sometimes I’m offering feeding guidance, other times I’m folding laundry or preparing a meal while you rest.
As your baby changes and your confidence grows, we can adjust our focus — whether that’s introducing bottles, establishing sleep rhythms, or finding new ways to make life with a newborn more manageable.
Support for the whole family
Postnatal care isn’t just about the newborn — it’s about the wellbeing of the entire family. I take time to understand the unique rhythms, personalities, and needs of your household so my support benefits everyone. This might mean helping a big brother feel proud of his new role, ensuring a partner feels confident with nappy changes, or simply creating a calm space so you can enjoy an uninterrupted cup of tea. By nurturing the whole family unit, I help you find balance and connection in these transformative weeks.
